Roofing Assistant
We’re hiring a Roofing Helper / Assistant to support experienced roofers with repairs and full roof replacements. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on roofing experience and grow in a career in the roofing industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist roofers with material handling, clean-up, and preparation
- Support roof repairs and replacement projects
- Learn proper roofing techniques under the guidance of experienced installers
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Some experience in roofing or construction preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards
