Senior Product Manager, Product Experiences

Snowflake
Menlo Park, CA

Snowflake is about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential — and people too. With a culture that’s all in on impact, innovation, and collaboration, Snowflake is the sweet spot for building big, moving fast, and taking technology — and careers — to the next level.

Snowflake is at the forefront of the data cloud, a global network where thousands of organizations mobilize data with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. Inside Snowflake, we are a team of people with a passion for helping our customers derive value from their data.

The Product Experiences team is on a mission to create a seamless and intuitive user journey for every Snowflake customer. We are a collaborative and innovative team, dedicated to building world-class experiences that empower our users to achieve more with their data. We work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • AI-First Mindset: Lead the charge in reimagining our user experiences with an AI-first approach. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing AI-driven features that simplify complex workflows and enhance user productivity.

  • Experimentation and Growth: Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making. You will own the product and platform for experimentation, user retention and feature activation, and will be responsible for setting and achieving ambitious growth targets.

  • Platform Improvements: Collaborate with engineering to identify and prioritize platform improvements that will enhance the reliability, availability, and performance of our products.

  • Customer Focus: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points. You will be the voice of the customer within the organization, and will use your insights to guide product development.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring your product vision to life. You will be responsible for communicating your strategy, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring successful product launches.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven track record of launching successful products and driving user growth.

  • Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of data technologies and AI concepts.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on products with a strong focus on user experience and design.

  • Experience with experimentation methodologies and technology.

  • Experience driving company cross functional initiatives towards customer satisfaction.

  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and the broader data ecosystem.

  • A passion for building products that solve real-world problems.

Every Snowflake employee is expected to follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data. Snowflake employees must abide by the company’s data security plan as an essential part of their duties. It is every employee's duty to keep customer information secure and confidential.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
