Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments (head-to-toe) across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations; interpret data to identify age-specific needs.
- Monitor hemodynamic status and respond promptly to changes; administer, monitor, and discontinue IV fluids per protocol.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation including histories, conditions, treatments, responses, and assessment changes following policy.
- Demonstrate current knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on patient age and clinical condition.
- Respond to emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner; collaborate with the care team and meet charge nurse expectations.
- Uphold professional behavior, guest services expectations, and maintain a professional appearance while on hospital grounds.

Requirements
- Ability to perform head-to-toe assessments on patients across the life span (pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric)
- Proficiency in interpreting patient data to identify status and age-specific needs
- Capability to monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes
- Strong nursing documentation skills reflecting the nursing process
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts in an ER/hospital setting
- Commitment to professional behavior and patient service standards
