Alphacoat Finishing is a metal finishing company specializing in protective coating for aerospace and commercial industries.
Position Summary: The Office Assistant position will be providing general administrative support to the sales and production departments. The focus will be on assistance with data entry; creating quotes, work orders, and travelers, as well as assisting the front office with answering phones, assisting customers with orders, assisting with office needs, and general clerical duties. The Office Assistant will work mainly with the Sales & Production departments, ensure a smooth flow of information and support the office needs.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check assessment.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with proficiency in other office equipment applications (e.g., fax machines).
