Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (some weekends)
Shift: Swing Shift with Start time at 3:00 PM. Overtime as needed.

Your Role:

As a Mobile Diesel Mechanic, you'll play a vital role in keeping our fleet on the road. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inspections, diagnostics, and routine maintenance on diesel engines and hydraulic systems.
• Performing necessary repairs to ensure the safety and efficiency of our vehicles.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ years in commercial fleet maintenance.
• Skills: Welding certification and tool proficiency (Preferred)
• Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential; CDL with a Tanker endorsement is preferred.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and tackle challenges head-on.

$5,000 Hiring Bonus:

$5,000 paid out over 1 year ($1,000 after 3 months, $2,000 after 6 months and $2,000 after 1 year)*
