And while you’re in California, you’ll have the chance to explore the state’s natural beauty—from rolling vineyards to redwood vistas—creating a rich backdrop to your professional journey and personal life. Role Specifics and Benefits:
As a Telemetry RN on a traveling assignment, your core responsibilities will include continuous patient monitoring, rhythm assessment, and rapid response to telemetry alarms. You’ll interpret ECG strips, trend vitals, and collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and ancillary teams to adjust treatment plans as needed. You’ll perform and document accurate assessments, administer medications per physician orders and hospital protocols, and ensure seamless handoffs during shift changes using standardized communication tools. You’ll educate patients and families on telemetry basics, expected procedures, and post-discharge care plans, while maintaining meticulous documentation in electronic health records. This role provides meaningful opportunities for professional growth within the Telemetry specialty, including exposure to diverse patient populations, complex rhythm disorders, and evolving telemedicine interfaces that support remote monitoring and decision support. Benefits of joining our program include:
- Competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,734 to $1,838, with transparency and regular payroll processing.
- A robust bonus structure and the potential for housing assistance to ease relocation and daily living needs.
- Extension opportunities that let you build continuity with facilities you enjoy and expand your clinical footprint.
- 24/7 dedicated support for traveling nurses, ensuring you have real-time assistance for logistics, clinical questions, and safety concerns, wherever your assignment takes you.
- Comprehensive travel benefits, including onboarding support, credentialing assistance, and access to a network of experienced clinicians across the country.
- Flexible scheduling with assignments that suit your availability, along with ongoing access to resources that help you maintain work-life balance during travel.
- A culture that values your contributions, provides mentorship, and invests in continuing education and career advancement within the Telemetry domain. Company Values:
