Executive Assistant

About the Role
LAPMG is seeking an Executive Assistant to the President — a dynamic professional to act as a strategic advisor, project driver, and organizational connector. The Executive Assistant to the President will be a strategic partner and force multiplier — enabling the President to focus where he makes the most impact. This person ensures alignment of vision, translates priorities into action, smooths interdepartmental collaboration, and drives high‑impact initiatives to fruition.
Location: Studio City, CA
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
$60,000.00-$75,000.00
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Partner with the President to set and execute strategic priorities. Assist in tracking KPIs, oversee initiatives, and drive process improvements.
- Operational Alignment: Serve as a liaison between departments, streamline communications with department heads, prepare executive materials, manage the President’s schedule, and oversee special projects.
- Organizational Management: Oversee cross-departmental projects to ensure accountability, improve organizational structure, monitor performance, and coordinate efforts across HR, Finance, Operations, and Maintenance.
- Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure seamless internal/external comms, prepare reports, agendas.
- Culture & Leadership Support: Act as trusted advisor, model values, foster morale and accountability. Support organizational culture and values.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in executive leadership support, operations, real estate, property management, maintenance, construction, or project management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High discretion, confidentiality, and judgment.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
Preferred
- Property management or real estate industry experience.
- Financial and P&L familiarity.
- BA or advanced degree.
