Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationship with existing clients and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in the Physical Security industry preferred. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized security solutions for clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments and use this knowledge to inform business development strategies.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about new developments in the industry.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and progress towards targets.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in the physical security industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal teams.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with CRM platform (i.e., Salesforce).
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (preferred).
• Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of physical security products and solutions strongly preferred.
• Ability to drive and travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
