Production Operator - Folder/Ripper
Position: Production Operator – Folder/Ripper
Location: Fontana, CA
Available Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands.
- Perform production-related tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Follow all safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and work instructions.
- Support startup, shutdown, cleanup, and maintenance activities as required.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Production Expectations:
- Employees are expected to produce a minimum of 12 boxes per hour.
- Consistent failure to meet production goals may result in termination.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive manual work and stand for extended periods.
- Must provide your own safety shoes.
- Must wear long-sleeve shirts with at least a 35% cotton blend.
- All other required PPE will be provided.
- Strong commitment to safety and attendance.
