We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Telehealth Speech Pathologist. In this role, you will provide speech therapy services to school-aged children through our telehealth platform, allowing you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language skills using our telehealth platform.
• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students based on their specific needs and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students via live video sessions, utilizing a variety of interactive tools and resources.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students' speech and language development.
• Monitor students' progress, make adjustments to therapy plans as needed, and document all interventions and outcomes accurately.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Valid Californialicense to practice speech pathology.
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for a wide range of speech and language disorders.
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and technology to deliver therapy services remotely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and educational professionals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, managing your own schedule and caseload.
• Reliable internet connection, computer, and webcam setup to facilitate telehealth sessions.

This position is a 1099 contractor role, offering the flexibility to work from home while serving students in various school settings.
