Compensation Range: $80,000–$90,000 base (OTE: $120,000–$150,000)

Job Description:
Drive territory growth by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities while managing an existing book of accounts.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Conduct 20–25 meaningful customer conversations daily through calls, texts, and emails
• Manage large prospect lists and re-engage inactive accounts
• Visit 5–10 customer accounts per day while traveling within the territory
• Plan and confirm travel and client visits proactively
• Utilize Salesforce to log all activities, update account statuses, and manage follow-ups
• Analyze territory data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Prioritize high-value accounts while balancing prospecting and maintenance relationships
• Execute structured sales activities aligned with established sales processes

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • 3–4 years of sales experience with a strong focus on outbound/hunter-style selling
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed high activity KPIs (calls, meetings, outreach)
  • Experience with territory or outside sales and managing a sales pipeline
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently (3–4 days/week)
  • Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to travel (60%)
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in field sales within a distributed territory
  • Background in high-volume outbound sales environments
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies or playbooks

• Onsite about 30% of the time

• On the road about 3-4 times a week

• Territory that will be covered:

  • Northern California / PNW

    • NOTE: anything over 300 miles will be a flight

    • Field based role

      • 3 days in the field

      • 2 days work from home

    • Travel: ~60% ongoing

      • Initially may be closer to 70–80%
