Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant & TA Coordinator to support the Director of Majesty in Motion Dance Studio. This role involves managing the TA (Teacher Assistant) schedule, overseeing studio operations, ensuring accurate headcounts for group classes, and monitoring TAs' performance—all while providing essential administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the TA schedule, ensuring proper coverage for all classes and performances

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure smooth functioning

Monitor and maintain accurate headcounts for group classes

Supervise and evaluate TAs' performance to ensure high-quality instruction and support

Report directly to the Studio Director, providing updates on studio activities, staffing, and TA performance

Maintain student and staff records, including attendance and performance data

Support studio marketing and promotional initiatives

Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Experience managing schedules and operational activities in an arts or education setting

Ability to oversee staff performance and ensure quality standards

Passion for dance and Latin culture is a plus

Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently

Note: Flexibility for additional hours based on studio needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
