Job Title: Marketing Director for Creative Design and Communications
Position Overview
ICOHS College, a non-profit vocational institution, is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director for Creative Design and Communications to lead its creative strategy, visual identity, and brand communications. This position is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep expertise in digital design, user experience, and marketing performance tools such as HubSpot.
The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of visual branding, manage external consultants and internal content pipelines, and work collaboratively across departments to ensure the alignment of creative assets with institutional goals in student recruitment, retention, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities Brand & Visual Strategy
- Develop and uphold ICOHS College's brand identity across all platforms and media.
- Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with institutional goals and brand values.
- Establish and maintain visual standards and tone across all digital and print assets.
Creative Development & UX Leadership
- Design and optimize high-performing landing pages, homepage modules, and program-specific pages with a mobile-first, UX-centric approach.
- Create original digital assets for ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), email marketing, and social media.
- Improve user experience and conversion through iterative design guided by user behavior analytics and performance metrics.
HubSpot-Driven Marketing Execution
- Utilize HubSpot to manage email campaigns, A/B tests, workflows, and content personalization.
- Partner with admissions and marketing teams to build segmented campaigns that drive inquiries and applications.
- Monitor HubSpot performance data and dashboards to inform creative and strategic decisions.
Consultant & Team Management
- Direct and supervise the work of external designers, web developers, and creative consultants to ensure timely, brand-aligned deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and outcomes for creative vendors and contractors.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Admissions, Academics, Career Services, and Compliance.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Serve as the brand's creative lead across departments, aligning messaging and visuals with academic and student service priorities.
- Support the development of institutional materials including brochures, internal campaigns, and presentation decks.
- Represent the marketing function in strategic planning and cross-campus initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in design-driven marketing roles, including leadership responsibilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in HubSpot, including marketing automation, CRM integration, and performance tracking.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital design principles.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI best practices, responsive web design, and conversion rate optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress (Elementor) and basic HTML/CSS a plus.
- Experience in the higher education or vocational training sector strongly preferred.
