Responsibilities
- Assist the surgical team in the preparation of surgical procedures in the operating room, supporting sterile technique and the sterile field.
- Prepare surgical cases by maintaining a sterile field, retracting and passing instruments, supplies, and medications to surgeons during cases.
- Manage instrument counts, equipment, and supplies to support procedural flow and turnover between cases.
- Assist with the maintenance and handling of supplies and equipment used in the operative setting.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and safety policies.

Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to meet facility-specific credentialing requirements
- Proficiency in sterile technique, instrument handling, passing of instruments, and maintaining a sterile field
- Ability to work in a high-demand surgical environment and support rapid case turnover
- Flexibility to work a 4x10 rotating shift and travel to the assignment location as required
- Willingness to comply with credentialing, onboarding, and any background checks or health screening per employer requirements
