Accounting Specialist
This Accounting Specialist supports daily financial operations by managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing invoices and payments, and preparing accurate journal entries.
This role maintains organized financial records, reconciles accounts, and ensures timely and accurate data entry in QuickBooks.
The specialist also assists with month-end close activities, supports audits, and helps maintain compliance with company accounting procedures.
