We're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Secretary or Paralegal to join our Carlsbad team. This full-time, in-office role supports senior attorneys on a range of civil litigation matters including discovery, motion practice, calendaring, and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate is experienced, proactive, and capable of managing litigation files from pre-filing through trial-with minimal supervision.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, revise, and format pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage calendaring, court deadlines, and filings (state and federal)
• Support attorneys with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation
• Maintain organized physical and digital case files
• Coordinate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in California civil litigation support (secretary or paralegal)
• Strong knowledge of court rules, local rules, and e-filing procedures
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Tech proficiency (MS Office, Adobe, case management systems)
• Professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills
• Paralegal certificate is preferred but not required
