Supervisor de Ventas - Canal Rotondas
- Supervisar la ejecución de rutas y estrategias de ventas directas en el canal asignado.
- Gestionar de manera eficiente los procesos de cobranzas e inventarios del equipo.
- Liderar, capacitar y motivar al personal de ventas bajo la metodología de Desarrollo Humano (DH).
- Realizar el análisis de indicadores de gestión para la toma de decisiones comerciales.
- Asegurar el correcto posicionamiento de marcas como Ciclón y Energizer en los puntos de venta.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años como Supervisor de Ventas en empresas de consumo masivo (excluyente).
- Formación o conocimientos sólidos en ejecución de rutas, ventas y gestión de inventarios.
- Experiencia comprobada en manejo de personal y liderazgo de equipos de ventas.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado y las rutas geográficas de la ciudad de Santa Cruz.
- Contar con vehículo propio o motocicleta (requisito indispensable).
