In this ER RN role your core responsibilities will include evaluating and prioritizing patient needs through rapid assessment stabilizing acute conditions initiating and supervising emergent procedures and coordinating with physicians techs and unit staff to ensure seamless care transitions. Youll manage IVs administer medications perform wound care assist with resuscitations and document outcomes with meticulous accuracy in electronic health records. Youll participate in trauma activation protocols monitor and reassess deteriorating patients and support families during stressful moments with clear empathetic communication.
