Operations Manager I

ProSync is seeking a passionate The Operations Manager I to support the coordination and execution of daily operational activities across branch, plant, or departmental functions. This role ensures that organizational policies, procedures, and operational goals are effectively implemented and maintained. By managing workflows, analyzing operational data, and coordinating with supervisors and staff, the Operations Manager I contributes to efficient service delivery, resource utilization, and continuous improvement across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and manage operational strategies, activities, and workflows within assigned departments.
• Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing organizational policies, procedures, and operating practices.
• Analyze reports, records, and directives to support planning and decision‑making.
• Gather operational data by conferring with managers and supervisors.
• Assign or delegate work responsibilities and communicate policies and objectives to staff.
• Organize resources to ensure effective production of goods and services.
• Provide work direction, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare schedules, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
• Ensure staff receive adequate training and comply with organizational policies.
• Coordinate departmental activities with other organizational units to ensure efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor and analyze operational costs and assist in preparing departmental budgets.

Requirements

• A Minimum of 1 year of professional experience is required.
• Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.
  
  

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Bachelor’s level degree or higher.
