Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Leasing Admin to support clients in the property management industry throughout the Pasadena, Glendale, and Burbank areas. These temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities are perfect for professionals with strong customer service, leasing, and administrative experience who thrive in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and property operations.
• Schedule tours and process rental applications.
• Prepare leases, renewals, notices, and resident correspondence.
• Answer phones, emails, and resident inquiries.
• Support Property Managers with administrative and office duties.

Qualifications

• Administrative or customer service experience required.
• Property management/leasing experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; property management software experience a plus (Yardi, Appfolio, etc.).
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Compensation for this role is between $23-$25 per hour, providing competitive pay for qualified candidates.
