Data Scientist - Open only on W2
Overview:
The ideal candidate will using programming, math, and statistics to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and communicate findings to stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering and cleaning large datasets from various sources, ensuring data quality and standardization.
- Sifting through data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to answer critical business questions.
- Developing machine learning algorithms, creating reports and visualizations, and collaborating with teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve business processes and strategies.
- Building, testing, and deploying machine learning and statistical models to forecast outcomes, optimize processes, and make predictions.
- Presenting findings and complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and engaging data visualizations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in data science & ML.
- Proficiency in ML techniques, SQL, Python/R, and big data frameworks.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, and fraud detection tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in impactful data science projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
