We offer a competitive base salary of $150,000–$180,000 (DOE) , production and leadership incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, equity opportunities, and the support of a national veterinary network—allowing you to focus on your patients, your team, and your career.

Practice Exceptional Medicine

• Brand-new ultrasound, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography
• 5 fully equipped exam rooms

Lead and Inspire

As Managing Veterinarian, you will:

• Provide medical leadership and clinical direction
• Mentor associate veterinarians
• Partner with hospital and regional leadership to drive success
• Help shape medical protocols and team development
• Maintain an active clinical caseload

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $150,000–$180,000 (DOE)
• 22–23% production plus leadership incentives

Who We're Looking For

• An experienced veterinarian ready to lead as Managing Veterinarian or Medical Director
• Or a clinician eager to grow into leadership with mentorship and support
• Current DVM (or equivalent) from an AVMA-accredited college
• ECFVG or PAVE certification (if applicable)
