Front of House Food Prep - El Charrito Express (Monterey)
Pay: $18–$19 per hour DOE (plus pooled team tips).
Schedule: Part-time opportunities available.
Typical Shifts: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday availability is required for this position.
El Charrito Express in Monterey is a fast-casual, counter-service restaurant focused on fresh, high-quality food and efficient service. Guests order at the counter and enjoy a quick, convenient experience similar to a build-your-own style concept.
We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Front of House Food Prep who can prepare food orders and attend to customers in a fast-paced and friendly environment.
You’ll report directly to the Assistant Manager and work closely with both the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences.

Requirements:- 2-3 years of work experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Must be available to work Tuesdays.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.

Reportarás directamente al/la Asistente del Gerente y trabajarás en conjunto con los equipos de Front of House y Back of House para asegurar operaciones fluidas y una excelente experiencia para los clientes.
