Salary: COTA $104,000 – $115,000 annually | PT/OT $135,000 annually

Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee a therapy department at a skilled nursing facility in Petaluma. Whether your background is as a COTA, PT, or OT, you’ll be leading a dedicated team, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality rehab services for residents.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the daily operations of the rehab department with hands-on guidance and mentorship
- Support, coach, and develop therapy staff to foster a positive, high-performing culture
- Ensure resident care meets clinical standards and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve rehab programs
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed COTA, PT, or OT in California
- Strong clinical skills and a team-first leadership style
- Someone who values accountability, collaboration, and a culture of excellence
