About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost & Inventory Accountant with strong NetSuite experience to manage our manufacturing and inventory accounting. You’ll ensure accurate tracking of materials, finished goods, and COGS, support month-end close, and assist with daily financial operations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate inventory and COGS records in NetSuite


• Track inventory movement between Vietnam and the U.S., ensuring correct costing and valuation


• Reconcile inventory reports with physical counts and shipping documents


• Calculate and monitor standard and actual product costs, including labor and overhead


• Support monthly financial close by preparing journal entries and reconciliations


• Perform banking tasks, including cash postings and reconciliation


• Assist with vendor payments and AP processes


• Support financial audits and provide documentation as needed


• Continuously improve inventory tracking and accounting workflows in NetSuite

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in inventory or cost accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment


• Hands-on experience with NetSuite (inventory, transactions, reporting)


• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and inventory valuation principles


• Familiarity with international shipping and customs processes is a plus


• Proficient in Excel; experience with NetSuite Saved Searches or reporting tools a bonus


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently across time zones


• Experience working with a Vietnam-based supply chain


• Exposure to access control, hardware, or electronics products


• Bilingual (Vietnamese/English) would be a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
