Business Analyst
• Establish and maintain the minimum viable product (MVP); groom and prioritize the product backlog.
• Support change management activities across the development lifecycle.
• Coach the team on Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, developers, testers, and stakeholders to deliver value. Required Qualifications • AA/AS in a related discipline from an accredited college or university, OR 3+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Active IAT Level I certification (one of: A+ CE, CCNA Security, Network+ CE, or SSCP) plus applicable CE/OS certification.
• Active Product Owner certification.
• 4+ years of successful Agile planning and facilitation across complete project lifecycles with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• 4+ years eliciting and documenting user requirements.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, CI, Continuous Testing, Pairing, and Automated Testing.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC). Desired Qualifications • BA/BS in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent BA certification.
• Prior DoD or Army experience.
