ASC Administrator will join a multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center with physician-led governance and a collaborative Governing Body focused on safety, quality outcomes, and experience. ASC Administrator will be supported by strong evidence-based practices, modern perioperative technology, and nationally recognized accreditation standards that promote reliability and regulatory readiness. ASC Administrator will find a culture committed to continuous improvement, patient safety, and zero-harm principles.

ASC Administrator will report to a Regional Operations Leader and the center’s Governing Body while partnering closely with the Medical Director. ASC Administrator will lead clinical and administrative teams, including charge/lead RNs, business office professionals, schedulers, and materials/supply chain personnel. ASC Administrator will also collaborate daily with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and quality/risk leaders to deliver seamless surgical services operations.

ASC Administrator will oversee a busy, team-oriented ambulatory environment with a balanced mix of specialties such as orthopedics, GI, ENT, pain management, ophthalmology, and general surgery. ASC Administrator will lead a cohesive group of perioperative RNs, surgical technologists, sterile processing professionals, and front-office experts who value accountability, communication, and patient experience. ASC Administrator will help sustain a supportive, professional culture where collaboration and efficiency drive excellent outcomes.

ASC Administrator will champion clinical excellence through staff education, competencies, infection prevention, and ongoing quality improvement, ensuring alignment with CMS, AAAHC/Joint Commission, OSHA, and state requirements. ASC Administrator will own day-to-day operations, P&L management, revenue cycle oversight, staffing and scheduling optimization, vendor and supply chain strategy, and regulatory compliance. ASC Administrator will cultivate strong physician relations, guide strategic growth initiatives, and maintain a zero-harm mindset that elevates patient safety and satisfaction.

ASC Administrator will receive Competitive Compensation in the range of $81,120.00–$117,478.40 annually, along with Generous Benefits including paid time off, 401(k), medical/dental/vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and additional voluntary options.
