Job Summary

We’re seeking a Chef Manager to lead culinary and food service operations at our commissary café, which includes three retail marketplaces and a coffee bar. This Monday–Friday, AM shift role offers an excellent opportunity to join a growing company in a high-impact leadership position.

You’ll be responsible for the overall success of the operation, ensuring top-tier food quality, efficient service, and financial performance. Ideal for a growth-minded culinary professional with a passion for sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full culinary operations, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving

• Drive menu development with a focus on local, sustainable ingredients

• Manage food and labor costs (P&L accountability experience preferred)

• Uphold quality, safety, and presentation standards across all service points

• Support team performance across the café, marketplaces, and coffee bar

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, restaurants, or fine dining

• Proficient in inventory control, purchasing, and cost management

• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and catering best practices

• Hands-on experience with expo cooking

• Working knowledge of HACCP

• ServSafe certification preferred
