What you'll do:

  • Demonstrate punctuality by arriving and departing on time; accurately clock in and out for each shift
  • Dress appropriately and in proper attire according to our uniform guidelines
  • Maintain knowledge of basic sanitation guidelines for health and food safety with an up to date ServSafe certificate
  • Must maintain professional, hygienic appearance
  • Must follow break policies in effect at this location in accordance with California Labor laws
  • Upkeep sanitation and cleaning standards by following procedures and using proper checklists
  • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented, respectful mentality
  • Other duties as assigned

Catering Server responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, gracious guest-facing service, including passing apps, running food stations, bussing, and resetting throughout the event
  • Follow event-day run-of-show and station-specific instructions from Captains and Chefs
  • Communicate proactively with team leads about guest needs or station issues
  • Represent the brand and our clients' brands professionally at every event

Catering Bartender responsibilities:

  • Run bar service, including NA/mocktail stations, at events ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale activations
  • Prep batch cocktails/mocktails and maintain bar stock, garnishes, and cleanliness throughout service
  • Check IDs and serve responsibly in accordance with all applicable alcohol service laws
  • Engage guests with warm, efficient service, keeping pace during high-volume periods

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Maintain an up to date California food handlers card certification and RBS certification
  • Must be able to read and write.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
