Event Staff - On call

Position Overview

Infuse Hospitality is seeking reliable, energetic, and service-driven On-Call Event Staff to support corporate, social, and private events. This role is ideal for team members who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy guest interaction, and can adapt quickly to varying event needs and schedules.

Event Staff play a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality experiences—from setup and service to breakdown—while representing the Infuse brand with professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup & Breakdown

1. Assist with room setup including tables, chairs, linens, buffet stations, and décor
2. Prepare service stations and ensure event spaces are guest-ready
3. Break down event spaces and support post-event cleanup

Food & Beverage Service

1. Provide buffet, plated, and passed appetizer service
2. Assist bartenders and beverage stations as needed
3. Replenish food, beverages, and supplies throughout events
4. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas

Guest Experience

1. Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service
2. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
3. Maintain a polished and positive presence at all times

Operational Support

1. Follow event timelines and instructions from event leadership
2. Support team members to ensure smooth event execution
3. Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications & Skills

1. Previous hospitality, catering, restaurant, or event experience preferred (not required)
2. Strong communication and teamwork skills
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
4. Professional appearance and positive attitude
5. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
6. Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
