Regional Client Operations Manager

LaSalle Network is hiring on behalf of a growing logistics technology company seeking a Regional Client Operations Manager due to growth.This leader is responsible for directing client service and operational performance across a multi-state or large single-state territory. This role ensures operational rigor, strong client partnerships, and cross-functional coordination to support the delivery of safe, reliable service to clients.

The Regional Client Operations Manager will oversee regional teams, drive service excellence, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure the successful execution of growth and retention strategies. The position operates as the regional business owner, accountable for performance, financial discipline, and customer satisfaction.

Regional Client Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Account Managers, and support staff within the region.

• Own regional contribution margin performance, managing controllable expenses while partnering with Sales to achieve revenue objectives.

• Act as the senior escalation point for complex client matters and high-impact service issues.

• Oversee account performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual standards, quality benchmarks, and client expectations.

• Build and execute regional operating plans focused on service consistency, retention, operational efficiency, and measured growth.

• Develop and coach team members, strengthening leadership capabilities and driving accountability across the organization.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Compliance, Safety, Product, Customer Support, and Sales to deliver seamless client solutions.

• Monitor and interpret operational data to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Oversee third-party service providers and driver networks to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality transportation services.

• Lead regional response efforts for service disruptions, proactively managing communication and resolution.

• Ensure full compliance with state regulations, contractual obligations, and safety/HIPAA-related requirements.

• Represent the region in broader company initiatives and strategic planning efforts.

Regional Client Operations Manager Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• 6+ years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, or client-facing service environments.

• Minimum of 3 years leading teams across multiple sites, territories, or regions.

• Industry experience in tech-enabled logistics, on-demand services, or delivery services required.

• Strong track record of building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics.

• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to influence cross-functional partners.

• Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting/analytics tools.
