Harvest Pack carries 3 in-house brands and up to 90+ foodservice products. We are a small passionate team of individuals that share the same values. We set high standards to supply our customers with high-quality packaging solutions and exceptionally reliable service. We are seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with global sourcing of food packaging-related products
- Coordinate and evaluate samples, labels, packaging, and product material compliances
- Budgeting and negotiating with new and current suppliers
- Maintain a strong professional relationship with the suppliers and the company
- Responsible for all purchasing process; quotation, purchase order, invoice, signatures, and follow up with the accounting department
- Coordinate with logistics to verify and track inbound shipments and complete inventory reports and logs for distribution
- Assist with freight and transportation for orders to receive, unload, and process deliveries
- Maintain clear and organized records
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales & inventory forecast
- Update inventory details and pricing as needed
- Track general inventory & conduct inventory audits
- Support cross-functional team, such as the Sales, Operations, and Warehouse
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience working with forwarder and freight companies is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and high organized
- Ability to multitask
- Strategic and analytical thinker
- Self-motivated and self-managing
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 Years of experience in supply chain management/purchaser/merchandiser role
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese both written and verbal
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
