Mid-Level UX / IA Designer
Clear Digital is seeking a Mid-level UX Designer with 2+ years of experience, preferably in an agency setting. The ideal candidate is a talented, driven designer with a passion for creating clear, impactful user experiences for complex digital products. You should be comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and contributing across all stages of the UX process—from research and information architecture to interaction and interface design. You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, visual designers, and developers, crafting thoughtful, user-centered solutions and clearly articulating design decisions with confidence and rationale.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered experiences for websites and digital platforms
- Create and evolve information architectures including sitemaps, navigation models, and content hierarchies
- Develop user flows, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate experience logic
- Collaborate with strategy and content teams to align UX with messaging and business goals
- Partner with visual designers to ensure UX intent carries through to final design
- Participate in user research, usability testing, and insights synthesis
- Present UX concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and performance data
- Support multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX design, information architecture, or a related field
- Agency experience strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
- Experience designing navigation systems and structuring complex content
- Ability to translate abstract problems into clear, logical experiences
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Framer, Adobe, or similar
- Strong communication skills and comfort explaining design decisions
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across disciplines

- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience working alongside content strategy or SEO teams
- Exposure to analytics, usability testing, or research methods
