The Opportunity

A privately owned investment platform with multiple operating businesses is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to partner closely with ownership on financial leadership, capital strategy, and operational scale.

This role is designed for an executive who thrives in complex, multi-entity environments and prefers building structure, clarity, and momentum rather than managing a single, static business.

What You Will Own

You will be responsible for creating financial visibility, discipline, and foresight across a portfolio of assets and operating companies including real estate and other private business investments. 

Core focus areas include:

• Enterprise-level financial planning and performance oversight
• Capital structure strategy and lender engagement
• Financial governance, controls, and reporting integrity
• Evaluation and execution support for growth initiatives and investments
• Risk assessment and mitigation across entities and assets

You will work directly with ownership and senior leaders, acting as a strategic thought partner while remaining deeply connected to execution.
