Server
We are looking to grow our team with experienced and energetic individuals with a strong attention to detail and a passion for food and beverage.
SERVER REQUIREMENTS:*At least 3+ years FINE DINING pre-fixed menu experience and the desire to grow and learn within our team. Michelin experience is a plus.
*Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, handling orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining a tidy dining space while managing a fast-paced service
*Effectively communicate with guests, managers, and colleagues
*Strong attention to detail and desire to collaborate with fellow servers and work as a team
*Extensive product knowledge, especially when it come to ingredients, food techniques and wine from around the world
*Must be able to obtain all necessary certifications including but not limited to Food Handlers, Sexual Harassment and Responsible Beverage Service
*Flexible schedule, PM shifts only, and weekends are a must - Full Time is 4 shifts per week and 1 On/Call
*Ability to lift 25-40 lbs (e.g. case of wine) and walk up and down stairs carrying items and boxes We hope to create a team who thrives on hospitality and creating an exceptional experience.
