Our client is a global market leader and premier developer in advanced magnetic recording heads and thin-film nanotechnology products for the Hard Disk Drive (HDD) industry. Operating a state-of-the-art semiconductor-style fabrication facility (Fab) in Silicon Valley, they deliver cutting-edge materials science solutions that power data centers and cloud architecture globally. Due to an aggressive roadmap in process technology, they have partnered exclusively with Randstad to identify an elite Technical Recruiter capable of driving advanced talent pipelines. The selected recruiter will execute immediate sourcing matrixes for the following profiles:

• Advanced R&D / Engineering (Ph.D. Tier)

  • Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP)
  • Process Integration Engineering
  • Electroplating / Plating Engineering

salary: $58 - $65 per hour

Responsibilities

• Elite Talent Sourcing: Proactively research, map, and source passive professional talent within highly matrixed, competitive environments like the hard disk drive (HDD), thin-film head, and wafer fabrication sectors.
• Academic & Advanced Ph.D. Pipelines: Build functional, programmatic relationships with Tier-1 research universities and research labs to attract post-doctoral and Ph.D.-level specialists for advanced R&D paths.
• Fab Floor Scale-Up: Partner alongside cleanroom operations, shift supervisors, and engineering directors to rapidly fill physical operations, production floor, and high-frequency technical openings.
• End-to-End Candidate Lifecycle: Author candidate screening profiles, coordinate interview loops, facilitate debrief sessions, and construct initial compliance metrics for compliant formal offers.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Execute daily data entry in the enterprise applicant tracking system (ATS) ensuring pristine process documentation, absolute data integrity, and total adherence to EEO/AA regulatory standards.
