Hospitality & Market Assistant
Job Description:
Quivira Vineyards, established in 1981, is a CCOF-certified organic estate in Dry Creek Valley, where a long-standing commitment to farming, food, and wine is being reimagined through a dynamic, experience-driven approach to hospitality.
At Quivira, we are blending a classic, welcoming wine country experience with a more modern, hands-on approach. Our guests don’t just visit to taste wine, they come to connect more deeply to the land. Through our vineyards, gardens, and culinary programs, we share what it means to grow healthy organic food, care for clean water and watersheds, and steward soil in a meaningful way. It is a place where people can learn, engage, and experience firsthand the connection between land, farming, food, and wine. We are seeking a motivated, adaptable individual to join our team in a part-time role with the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities over time. We are looking for someone who is curious, hardworking, and excited to be part of something that is actively evolving. This is an exciting opportunity to gain immersive, hands-on experience across a working organic estate, spanning farmers market operations, culinary programming, guest experiences, and direct-to-consumer hospitality, while working alongside an exceptional team of highly experienced wine and hospitality professionals whose passion, knowledge, and energy create a truly collaborative and inspiring environment. Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone early in their wine or hospitality career who is looking for meaningful, real-world experience inside a fast-moving and evolving business.
