Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive review of Visa’s Acceptance offerings and their competitive positioning against alternative solutions in-market.
- Develop and lead go-to-market activities in partnership with client-facing teams to grow adoption of Visa B2B Acceptance products in both the United States and Canada.
- Standardize Visa’s B2B Acceptance products across the United States and Canada, with recognition of the regional differences across geographies.
- Analyze, comprehend and assess the scope of the B2B Acceptance trends within the US Business and Commercial issuer portfolios.
- Understand and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial payment landscape, with a focus on the acceptance side.
- Provide subject matter expertise to external partners at the issuing banks, issuing processors, merchants, and merchant acquirers and develop and implement a complete plan for growing adoption of Visa’s suite of B2B acceptance offerings.
- Provide SME-level support to teams engaged with B2B acceptance in both the United States and Canada.
- Maintain monitoring system to track key B2B Acceptance metrics that augment engagement efforts.
- Provide statistical analysis on portfolio performance trending.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders at all levels with applicable detail based on the targeted audience.
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
- The candidate will interact with various stakeholders across the organization as well as with external clients and will have close working relationship with our Global B2B Acceptance team.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional projects occur on a regular basis.

- Collaborates easily and successfully with varying levels of stakeholders and management in a matrix organization structure.

This position is available at our Visa offices, preferred in San Francisco, CA.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Proven experience in launching new solutions and solving business problems for client entities
- Experienced with online and digital products that support Commercial Cards, ACH, Real-Time Payments, Cross-Border Payments and/or other emerging payments rails
- Proven experience in all aspects of product management and the ability to lead strategic to tactical discussions as well as bridge business and technical teams
- Deep understanding of payment systems (card networks, ACH, RTP, digital wallets)
- Experience with payment network, banks, payment processors or financial technology software providers is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience conducting data research, developing hypotheses based on unstructured data, validate the hypothesis, and provide recommendations
- Effective communication skills, storytelling, strong presentation skills, executive presence, and ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences and C-suite individuals in an engaging way
- Detail oriented and highly execution focused by working in conjunction with various counterparts across multiple functional groups
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work internally across business, technology, and delivery teams, and externally with clients and other stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn about the internal Visa solutions, processes, culture, leadership principles and how it all works together and embrace changes in an ecosystem that is rapidly evolving
- Ability to manage, and coordinate across complex cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical resources
- Strong results-oriented contributor, analytic and fact-based consultative discipline demonstrating a growth mindset
- Adds value to customers by insightful and thoughtful questioning, offering new ideas, and delivering solutions

Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 169,100.00 to 270,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
