Coordinator, Franchising &Licensing
Our client, a leading entertainment company, is seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Franchise & Licensing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day workflows, supporting licensing and e-commerce initiatives, assisting with product approvals, and ensuring projects move efficiently across multiple workstreams. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, proactive professional with strong project coordination skills and an interest in television, consumer products, and franchise marketing.
Assignment type: Contracted, approximately 3 months
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm Onsite, Fridays Remote
Pay Rate: $23.17/hour
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate product approval workflows for e-commerce and third-party licensing initiatives.
Manage incoming social and licensing-related requests across the television portfolio.
Maintain project trackers, contact lists, and shared documentation.
Communicate with internal teams and external licensees to distribute updates, creative assets, and project materials.
Organize and maintain digital creative assets and shared drives.
Assist with the preparation and formatting of presentations, pitch materials, and business decks.
Coordinate event activations and franchise marketing initiatives.
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables to keep day-to-day workflows moving.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Franchise & Licensing team.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1+ years of administrative, coordinator, or related experience in a corporate or studio environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, and project activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management or workflow coordination experience.
Experience supporting licensing, franchising, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, or marketing teams.
Interest in television, entertainment, or franchise marketing.
Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint and/or Keynote.
Familiarity with digital asset management systems or project tracking tools.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).
