Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30); 10 hours (08:00 - 18:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years inpatient OR experience; strong ortho background License: Must have a current RN License Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Circulating and scrubbing experience; ability to float to other facilities Description: This position requires experience in both circulating and scrubbing roles in the operating room. Candidates must have a robust background in orthopedic procedures. The job requires floating to other facilities as needed. A commitment to patient care and teamwork is essential. Preferred qualifications include CNOR certification. The work schedule is Monday through Friday with call requirements. Candidates must comply with COVID-19 vaccination requirements, including the booster. The ability to handle various types of surgeries is necessary, including arthroscopy and spinal fusion. Staffing and scheduling details indicate a patient ratio of 1 on days and weekends. Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy and rapid response teams.
