Associate Attorney, Real Estate Transactions | Market Compensation | Los Angeles (Westwood) | Sophisticated Institutional Deals With a True Lifestyle Platform (Santa Monica)
This role is for a senior real estate transactional attorney looking to step out of large-firm rigidity without giving up sophisticated work.
The practice handles complex, high-value transactions for institutional clients and private equity–backed platforms, but operates with the flexibility and culture of a tight-knit team.
The position is based in Westwood / Santa Monica with a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days in the office .
The work includes
- Complex commercial real estate transactions
- Institutional and private equity–backed matters
- Development, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
- Work for high-net-worth and family office clients
- Direct responsibility for matters from start to finish

Ideal background
- 7–10 years of transactional real estate experience
- Experience from a large California firm or similarly sophisticated platform
- Proven ability to handle complex transactions independently
- Active California Bar admission
