New Track: Outstanding Engineering Professionals
This track is designed for experienced industry leaders with proven R&D and engineering capabilities, especially those with extensive experience in top-tier global companies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 10 years of overseas industry experience
- Experience in a Fortune Global 500 company is preferred
- Strong track record in engineering projects, innovation, and product development
- Experience in senior or leadership roles within industry
What You Can Expect
Successful candidates who relocate and take up positions will receive:
Financial Incentives
- One-time relocation bonus: $150K USD equivalent , with additional regional matching (total package typically $400K–$600K USD equivalent )
- Research funding: Up to $700K USD equivalent over 3 years (performance-based)
- Salary subsidy: 70–80% employer subsidy , up to $700K USD equivalent over 5 years
Living & Family Support
- Housing/settlement allowance (often $150K+ USD equivalent in major cities )
- Fast-track residency benefits
