Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (District Administrator), the Team Manager Staff Services Manager I (Team Manager) provides direct supervision over the Vocational Rehabilitation Service Delivery Team staff in an office/catchment area consisting of Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, Qualified Rehabilitation Professionals (SVRC- QRP), Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (SVRCs), Staff Services Analysts and Office Technicians (G). The number of staff varies depending on the size of the district. Incumbents are responsible for planning, directing, and organizing the vocational rehabilitation programs and services to the consumers within the district.



Telework:
Under Government Code 14200, this position is a hybrid, in-office/telework position, and may be subject to change. Incumbent must live and work in California. Incumbent can be required to report to the office, or any designated location at any time. Telework agreements can be modified and/or cancelled at any time.



Limited Term Positions:
This is a 12 month limited term position that may be extended and/or may become permanent pending budget approval.

3. Conflict Resolution and Stakeholder Engagement

Discuss your experience working with consumers, colleagues, or external partners to resolve challenges or disagreements. Provide specific examples of how you addressed concerns, facilitated solutions, and maintained positive and professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.

4. Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement

Describe your experience participating in or leading planning, evaluation, or improvement initiatives. Explain how you gathered and analyzed information, developed recommendations, and contributed to strategies that supported organizational goals, promoted diversity and inclusion, or enhanced service delivery.
