PATIENT COORDINATOR
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator for a permanent opportunity with a medical practice in West Los Angeles, CA. This fully onsite role is ideal for an administrative professional who enjoys working managing schedules, answering inquiries, and supporting the daily operations of a busy practice The Patient Coordinator will serve as an important point of contact for patients, managing appointment scheduling through follow-up communication. Key Responsibilities - Schedule and confirm patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide administrative and billing support.
- Assist with billing-related administrative tasks and documentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient information, appointment details, and office records.
- Provide general administrative support to help ensure efficient daily practice operations.
- Deliver a positive patient experience through clear communication, organization, and professionalism. Compensation and Benefits - Compensation: $24 to $26 per hour.
- Job Type: Direct hire, full-time permanent position.
- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite in Los Angeles, CA.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments and consultations.- Answer phones and respond to patient or client inquiries.
- Assist with billing and administrative support.
- Support daily medical practice operations in an onsite office environment. - 3 to 5 years of administrative, patient coordination, or related office support experience.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus with a strong client/customer service focus.
- Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
- Ability to manage scheduling, documentation, and multiple priorities with accuracy.
- Comfortable assisting with billing-related administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service mindset with a patient-focused approach.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fully onsite role.
