DM Shapewear is looking for a friendly, motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Retail Store Associate to join our team at the Shops at Palm Desert Mall. Position Type: Part-Time
Hours: 12–20 hours per week
Pay: Hourly + Daily, Weekly & Monthly Bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish
- Assist customers with product selection and sizing
- Drive sales and meet bonus goals
- Operate POS system and handle transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Represent the DM Shapewear brand with confidence and positivity
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish (required)
- Retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
- Outgoing, reliable, and customer-focused
- Comfortable working weekends and peak shopping hours
- Goal-driven and motivated by bonuses
