Are you a seasoned diesel expert ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for a Master Level Diesel Technician to lead advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for our fleet. What You’ll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on diesel engines, transmissions, and powertrain systems.
• Lead troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Mentor junior technicians and share best practices to elevate team performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with operations to minimize downtime.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience as a diesel mechanic or technician, preferably in heavy-duty fleet environments.
• Master-level certifications (ASE or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Expertise in advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and lead by example.

Compensation: Annual Salary = $27.00 - $40.00. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
