Financial Rep Mgr #14669 (Corporate) POST NUMBER: 453375
Responsibilities:
- The position will manage the preparation of the company’s consolidated financial statements, prepare financial statement disclosures, and report key performance metrics.
- Looking for strong Technical accounting experience in areas of Revenue Recognition ASC 606, Lease Accounting ASC 842, Stock based compensation ASC 718.
- Will require strong oversight of ledger month end close, review journal entries, oversee fixed assets (including additions, disposals, and transfers).
- Responsibilities will include combinations of Technical and Tactical for financial analysis, yoy Flux analysis, data mining to produce meaningful KPI's for strategic business decisions, compliance reporting, month end close, and ad hoc reporting & analysis.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis, internal and external financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Work closely with cross functional teams including Tax, Finance, and payroll/HR.
- Position will also coordinate and liaise with internal and external audits.
- Present financial review and deck to senior executive team.
- Great springboard opportunity for future growth potential. This position will have high-level exposure and be expected to interact with senior executive team.
- Compensation range is competitively bonus and great benefits.
- Minimum 8 years of experience and at least 4 of which from public accounting experience. CPA ideally.
- Requires 2 years in supervisory capacity
- Must have public accounting experience in audit from larger CPA firm, strong GAAP knowledge and research.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills are a must.
