Senior Litigation Attorney
Senior Litigation Attorney (10+ Years) | Planned Succession Opportunity
All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.We are seeking a seasoned litigation attorney (10+ years) to step into a planned retirement transition at a well-established law firm.
The retiring attorney will be involved in the training and handoff to the new incoming litigation supervisor.

Practice Focus

- Business & commercial litigation
- Real estate disputes
- Employment defense (single-plaintiff and/or wage & hour)

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong client-facing presence and strategic thinking
- California bar admission
- Law-firm background (this is not a fit for attorneys maintaining a separate practice)
