Job Description

Opportunity is knocking! This might be a seasonal position, but the opportunity is real. Our super-busy holiday season (October to late December) gives everyone at Lakeshore a chance to shine…and that includes you! As a Seasonal Customer Care Agent, you will learn how to handle a high volume of calls the Lakeshore way—always friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. You will also be entering orders, handling customer inquiries and supporting fellow staff as needed.

We’re looking for candidates who can work 30–40 hours a week, with shifts available Monday-Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm and Saturday-Sunday between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm. If you have great people skills, excellent attention to detail and a desire to show us your best, fill out an online application right away!

  • Showing flexibility and a willingness to learn

Qualifications

  • Tip-top customer service skills and outstanding phone etiquette
  • Ability to learn quickly and multitask in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to type minimum 35 words per minute
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of urgency
  • Great accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience a big plus

At Lakeshore, we pay local market wages for employees that reside within Los Angeles and Orange Counties.

For this position, new employees joining Lakeshore who live within Los Angeles and Orange Counties are typically brought into the organization at an hourly rate between $19-$20 depending on relevant experience & skillset.

This range is indicative of projected hiring range. The annual base compensation will take into account each candidate's relevant experience, location, and skillset.
