Your Role: Senior Portfolio Community Administrator
As a Senior Portfolio Community Administrator, you’ll partner with Community Directors, General Managers, and staff across multiple properties to deliver exceptional resident services and community support. This role requires flexibility and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
Note: This position roves among properties within the Inland Empire. In addition, the ability to travel to Northern California (up to 25%) is required. You must be comfortable floating between different communities, adapting to multiple teams, and supporting various operational needs.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the resident services desk across assigned communities
• Oversee monthly rent collection and reporting
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files
• Coordinate and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries
• Collaborate closely with leasing and maintenance staff
• Handle resident inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Assists with training and coaching new Community Administrator employees at various communities, as needed
• Promote a positive, proactive first and lasting impression of the community
What We’re Looking For:
• 2–3+ years of experience in administrative, customer service, or property management roles
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Flexibility to travel and adapt to different community environments
Compensation & Perks:
• The Lewis Group of Companies reasonably expects to pay $25.00 per hour for this role, with actual compensation based on skills, experience, location, and business needs.
• Performance Incentives: Annual merit increases and annual bonus opportunities
• Mileage Reimbursement: All work-related travel mileage reimbursed
• Cell Phone Allowance: Monthly reimbursement provided
• Clothing Allowance: $650 in your first year, $450 each following year
